Return & Refund Policy
Effective Date: June 26, 2025
At EverProud Collective LLC, every product is made to order—printed and shipped by our trusted production partner, Printful. Because of the custom nature of our products, we do not accept returns or offer refunds for buyer’s remorse, incorrect size selection, or change-of-mind purchases.
Returns & Replacements
We will offer a replacement or refund in the following cases:
- The product arrives damaged, defective, or misprinted
- You receive the wrong item
- Your order is lost in transit
To be eligible, you must report the issue within 30 days of receiving your product (or 30 days after the estimated delivery date for lost packages).
Please email support@everproudcollective.com and include:
- Order number
- Photos of the damaged or defective item
- A brief description of the issue
Once approved, we’ll arrange for a replacement or refund at no additional cost to you.
Non-Returnable Items
We do not accept returns, exchanges, or refunds for:
- Incorrect sizing (please refer to the size chart on each product page)
- Buyer’s remorse or change of preference
- Items returned without prior authorization
- Face masks or hygiene-related products
- Packages marked as delivered but not received (if tracking confirms delivery)
Shipping Issues
If a shipment is returned due to an incorrect or insufficient address, you will be responsible for the cost of reshipping. If the package is unclaimed and returned to the facility, it will be held for 30 days before being donated to charity. No refunds will be issued for unclaimed or abandoned orders.
Return Address
The return address is automatically set to the Printful fulfillment facility. If a return is mistakenly sent to EverProud Collective LLC’s business address, we are not responsible for processing the return or issuing a refund.
Important Notes
- Refunds and replacements are handled in accordance with Printful’s Return Policy.
- If you do not notify us within the required timeframe, we may not be able to process your claim.
- EverProud Collective LLC is not responsible for items damaged due to improper care or use.
