At EverProud Collective, every item is made just for you. We partner with a trusted fulfillment provider (Printful) to custom-produce each item upon order. This approach helps reduce waste and supports sustainable, ethical production — but it also means your order takes a little more time to create and ship.

Order Fulfillment

All products are made to order. Fulfillment typically takes:

  • 2–7 business days before your order is ready to ship
  • Once fulfilled, you’ll receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information

Note: During holidays or high-volume periods, fulfillment may take longer. We’ll always do our best to keep you informed.

These are estimated timeframes and may vary based on location, shipping carrier, and customs clearance.

Shipping Rates

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout and vary depending on:

  • Shipping destination
  • Weight and size of your order
  • Carrier rates

Occasionally, we offer free shipping promotions — follow us on social or subscribe to our email list to stay in the loop.

International Shipping & Customs

We ship to most countries worldwide. Please note:

  • Some international shipments may be subject to customs duties and taxes, which are not included at checkout
  • Customers are responsible for paying any customs-related charges at the time of delivery

We are not responsible for delays due to customs or carrier-related issues.

Incorrect Shipping Address

If a package is returned to our facility due to an incorrect or incomplete address, the customer will be responsible for the cost of reshipping the order once an updated address is confirmed.

Please double-check your shipping address before placing your order.

Lost or Delayed Orders

If your package hasn’t arrived within 30 days of the estimated delivery date, please contact us at support@everproudcollective.com. We will investigate the issue and, if eligible, file a claim with our fulfillment partner.

Please note:

  • We are not responsible for carrier-marked “delivered” packages that are lost or stolen after delivery
  • We recommend checking with neighbors or your local post office if your package shows as delivered but is missing

Returns & Exchanges

Because all of our products are made to order, all sales are final.
We do not accept returns or exchanges unless:

  • Your item arrives damaged, defective, or misprinted
  • Your package is lost in transit and meets our claim window

For eligible issues, please contact us within 30 days of receiving your order with a photo and description of the issue.
