1. Made-to-Order Products

All products sold through EverProud Collective LLC are made-to-order and fulfilled by our trusted third-party production partner, Printful, Inc. As a result:

  • All items are printed only after an order is placed.
  • We do not hold physical inventory or process shipments directly.
  • Orders cannot be modified or canceled once they enter production.

2. Use of Our Services

By accessing our site and placing an order, you confirm that:

  • You are at least 18 years of age or have parental consent.
  • You provide accurate, complete, and current information.
  • You are not using our site for any illegal or unauthorized purpose.

3. Pricing & Payment

  • All prices listed on the site are in USD unless otherwise specified.
  • We reserve the right to change prices, shipping rates, or discontinue products at any time without notice.
  • Payment is due at the time of checkout. We accept major credit cards, debit cards, and Shopify-supported payment methods.
  • Orders will not be processed until full payment is received.

4. Shipping & Delivery

  • Shipping is handled by Printful and its third-party partners. Shipping times are estimates and may vary due to fulfillment location, carrier delays, customs, or supply chain issues.
  • EverProud Collective LLC is not responsible for delays once an order has been handed to the carrier.
  • Risk of loss passes to you upon delivery of your order to the carrier.

5. Returns & Refunds

Because our items are custom-printed, all sales are final. However, we offer replacements or refunds if:

  • An item arrives damaged, defective, or misprinted.
  • Your order is lost in transit and confirmed by the carrier.

6. Intellectual Property

All content, designs, text, graphics, logos, and products on this website are the intellectual property of EverProud Collective LLC or our licensors and may not be used, copied, or reproduced without prior written permission.

7. Third-Party Services

We rely on third-party platforms (including Printful, Shopify, and payment processors) to operate our store and fulfill your orders. By shopping with us, you also agree to their terms and policies.
